Pricing and Availability:
The prices listed on the Website and/or Mobile App at the time of ordering will apply upon delivery. Periodically, we may offer products at reduced prices for a limited duration. All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

We indicate product availability on each product information page. If any ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you by email or SMS when processing your order.

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate, and actual delivery times may vary.

Delivery Options:
R mart provides two delivery modes:
1. Home Delivery: A Free delivery applies for all home deliveries in Tumkur City, added during checkout. R-Mart is not liable to compensate for delays caused by internal reasons or your unavailability.
– For Cash On Delivery, if card payment fails, cash payment is required upon delivery without delay.

2. Pick Up at R Mart Ready Pick-up Points: No additional charges apply for picking up orders from the Store.

Delivery or Pick-up Timing:
Orders typically process within 24 hours of receipt. Dispatch times are estimates, not guaranteed, and should not be relied upon as such.

For Pick-up Points, please bring your own bags. A fee applies if bags are required. If products are damaged or unsatisfactory upon delivery, refuse acceptance or return them to Mart for recourse as per our refund policy.

Payment:
Products are delivered upon payment. R mart assumes no liability for losses due to:
– Transaction authorization issues
– Bank limit exceedances
– Payment failures
– Transaction declines for any reason

Refund and Return:
Products can be returned for a refund at R Mart within 7 days of the invoice date if:
– Unopened, unaltered, and in saleable condition
– Accompanied by the original invoice

Certain products cannot be returned for refund:
– Perishable food items, seasonal and festive items, bulk purchases, personal utility items, and fresh non-food items.

Returns are accepted only at R Mart. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.

Manufacturer’s warranty/guarantee items are not returnable to R-Mart but handled through the manufacturer’s after-sale service.

Disputes:
Any disputes are subject to Tumkur jurisdiction.

Policy Changes:
R Mart reserves the right to modify this Policy without notice. Your unconditional adherence to revised terms is expected.
